Yes, absolutely. 100% of our products, both fresh meals and pantry packaged goods, are certified gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and preservative-free. We only use natural sweeteners like organic maple syrup, raw honey, and monk fruit.
Once you sign up for a weekly or monthly plan, you select your preferred meals for each week. We prepare them fresh and deliver them in insulated bags. You can pause, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription directly from your Account Dashboard before the weekly cutoff (Fridays at 5 PM).
To maintain maximum freshness, we deliver meals on a staggered schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays depending on your subscription). Pantry-only orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.
